Managing Director, Pittsburgh Regional Director
Mark Busher is Regional Director of Glenmede’s Pittsburgh office. He is responsible for leading the business, client satisfaction, and advancing the growth strategy for the region. In addition, he is a member of Glenmede’s Private Wealth leadership team and the Private Wealth Operating Committee.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Busher served a more-than 20-year tenure for PNC, most recently as Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. In this role, he oversaw the growth and operations in the Pittsburgh and Northeast Pennsylvania regions and led a team responsible for providing services to over 150 families. Before this role, he served as Director of Investments, where he led a team of investment advisors and support personnel in Ohio, Michigan and Florida. Previously, Mr. Busher held several positions for PNC including including Senior Investment Advisor, Regional Director of Investments and Director of Investments.
Mr. Busher received a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
Executive Director of Private Wealth Management
Susan P. Mucciarone is Executive Director of Private Wealth. She leads the Company’s regional offices and investment and advisory professionals who are responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families across the country. As a member of the Management Committee, she is one of nine senior professionals responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategy.
Ms. Mucciarone joined Glenmede in 2010 and has over 30 years’ experience in the private wealth and institutional investment management industry. Her experience includes key executive positions at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), including Managing Executive of the nationally-recognized family office practice, and President of the Alternative Investment Management Group.
Ms. Mucciarone holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University. Active in her community, Susan currently holds board appointments with Case Western Reserve University, Natural Lands, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and the Forum of Executive Women. She is the current President of the Trust Management Association.
Susan has been recognized as one of the 50 most influential women in Private Wealth, and was honored to serve as a recent commencement speaker for BGSU’s Colleges of Business, and Education and Human Development.
Managing Director, Regional Director
Adam T. Douberly, CFP®, is a Regional Director within Glenmede’s Private Wealth Group. In this role, he leads the firm’s practice for high-net-worth individuals and families, including the development and management of personalized and comprehensive investment management, advisory and planning services
Mr. Douberly serves as a member of the Technology & Operations Management Committee, providing oversight and management of key technology systems and operational functions. Additionally, he serves on Glenmede’s Fiduciary Practices Committee, overseeing administrative standards that require the firm, as fiduciary, to exercise discretion under the terms of a governing instrument or applicable law.
Mr. Douberly began his career on the client service team in Glenmede’s Princeton office. Later, he helped manage Glenmede’s Strategic Equity Large-Cap strategy which combines a quantitative discipline with fundamental research insights. Prior to joining Glenmede, he was an Analyst for Dow Jones & Company.
Mr. Douberly received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in economics, cum laude from the University of Florida. He also attended the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Fiduciary Services, Investments and Wealth Management at Bucknell University. Mr. Douberly serves on the Board of Trustees for The Philadelphia School and is a member of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia corporate council.
FRANK ALOI, CFA®, CMT®
Vice President, Relationship Manager – Portfolio Management
Frank Aloi is a Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s Pittsburgh office. In this role, he is responsible for providing investment advice, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Mr. Aloi partners with advisory, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Aloi served as Market Investment Director for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. In this role, he oversaw a team of investment professionals and managed 30 client relationships. Prior to this role, Mr. Aloi held several positions at PNC, including Senior Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Investment Operations Manager, Performance Measurement Coordinator and Investment Performance Analyst.
Mr. Aloi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Market Technician® designations.
Mr. Aloi is on the Board of Beaver-Butler Presbytery and serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. He is also a Board member of Slippery Rock University Foundation and Chair of the Investment Committee. Mr. Aloi is Treasurer of Plains Presbyterian Church and is a Pulpit Supply Preacher.
Client Development Associate
Kyle Belsky is a Client Development Associate for Glenmede. In this role, he is responsible for the development of endowment & foundation and private wealth relationships. Mr. Belsky also works closely with the Director of Client Development to advance business development initiatives throughout Glenmede.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Belsky was an Intern at Mesirow Financial. In this role, he assisted with daily operations, developed and revised spreadsheets and assisted other employees within the firm. Previously, he worked as a Real Estate Agent for Sutter and Nugent Inc. In this role, he generated business through networking and prospecting, developed successful business relationships with clients, and generated lists of properties compatible with buyer requests.
Mr. Belsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Florida Atlantic University Boca Raton.
Vice President, Relationship Manager – Wealth Advisory
Benjamin Ciocco is a Wealth Advisor in Glenmede’s Pittsburgh office. In this role, he is responsible for providing thoughtful wealth management advice, solutions for fiduciary, charitable, financial, and wealth transfer planning, and trust and account administration. Mr. Ciocco partners with investment, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Ciocco served as Senior Vice President and Pittsburgh Director of Fiduciary Services for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. In this role, Mr. Ciocco managed Hawthorn’s Fiduciary business in the Pittsburgh market. He recommended and administered estate and trust vehicles to clients and family advisors and ensured the quality and consistency of the client service experience. In addition, Mr. Ciocco provided consultative advice to and was responsible for the oversight of the compliance and risk management functions of the Pittsburgh market. Prior to joining PNC in 2008, Mr. Ciocco served as an Assistant District Attorney for Washington County in Southwest Pennsylvania.
Mr. Ciocco received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Juniata College and a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, is Board Chairperson for Wesley Family Services and is the former Chairperson of the Charitable Trust Committee for PNC Bank.
GALE ELAINE RUE
Relationship Manager, Wealth Advisory Vice President
Gale Elaine Rue, CTFA, is a Wealth Advisor for Glenmede. In this role, she is responsible for providing thoughtful wealth management advice, solutions for fiduciary, charitable, financial, and wealth transfer planning, and trust and account administration. Ms. Rue partners with investment, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Rue managed the Special Needs Trust Unit at Bryn Mawr Trust, where she worked with permanently disabled clients and their families to ensure their secure financial future and help them achieve maximum personal development and comfort. Her duties also included staff management, business development, and chairing the Discretionary Distribution Committee. Before that, she served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at PNC Bank. Ms. Rue began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert. W. Tredinnick in the Montgomery County Orphan’s Court.
Ms. Rue received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in liberal arts from Allegheny College and a Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law. She is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute and is accredited as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Ms. Rue is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia County Estate Planning Council and the Institute of Certified Bankers. She serves as a mentor to a single teen parent through the Center Foundation, in Media, PA.
Vice President, Relationship Manager – Wealth Administration
Richard Yurasko is a Wealth Administrator in Glenmede’s Pittsburgh office. In this role, Mr. Yurasko is responsible for providing trust, investment and retirement account administration, thoughtful wealth management advice, and solutions for fiduciary and wealth transfer planning. He partners with investment, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Yurasko served as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Advisor for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. In this role, he was responsible for managing client relationships and performing the day-to-day administration of accounts, some of which included family limited partnerships, for-profit entities, foundations, and IRAs. Before this role, Mr. Yurasko served as Assistant Vice President, Investment Advisor for PNC Wealth Management, where he administered and managed client investment portfolios.
Mr. Yurasko received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University. He completed the ABA Graduate Trust School Program.
